Location 

  • Liverpool, United Kingdom.
  • This role offers remote working.

Contract 

  • Fixed-Term, Temporary (Maternity Cover - January 2027).

Core Purpose

  • To carry out crewing requirements for OEG Subsea projects.
  • To take the lead with the internal travel requirements for OEG Subsea.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities 

  • Coordinate and arrange travel for internal OEG Subsea personnel using the designated travel management systems, ensuring all bookings comply with company travel policies and organisational requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date travel records, and review and approve travel provider invoices to ensure they align with confirmed bookings.
  • Collaborate with the Crewing Manager to ensure assigned projects are crewed accurately and in accordance with operational requirements.
  • Ensure all personnel movements are accurately recorded and maintained within the crewing management system and personnel planner.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to obtain updates on project schedules, changes, and resourcing requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the crewing management system.
  • Conduct compliance checks to ensure all personnel assigned to projects hold valid, in-date certifications and required documentation.
  • Prepare and complete framework agreements and Statements of Work for personnel assigned to projects.
  • Maintain effective communication with relevant departments to share PPE requirements and update them on any personnel changes.
  • Provide support to team members with tasks as needed to ensure smooth workflow and project delivery.
  • Manage daily email correspondence, updating records with new information or documents, and ensure all files are named and organised in accordance with company document management standards.

QHSE Responsibilities 

To have a general understanding of the areas of our QHSE Management System and OEG’s QHSE aims and objectives that are relevant to the role.

Comply with the requirements of OEG Energy Group Policies and the responsibilities within the wider QHSE Management System.

Skills and Experience

  • Proficient in using systems, including travel and crewing management tools, specifically Onboard Tracker.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage own workload.
  • Experience in data processing and management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills across relevant applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks.
